01 · The Challenge

Data from many sources, in many shapes.

Spreadsheets, applications, APIs and databases each bring their own formats, structures and rules. Before this data can support a decision, it has to be connected, transformed and validated for its intended use.

02 · Our Approach

We understand data. Then we engineer it.

We begin with your problem, your data and its constraints, agree the scope together, and only then design a solution that fits. Reliable work sits where engineering, business understanding and practical delivery meet.

  1. Discovery
  2. Scope
  3. Agreement
  4. Engineering
  5. Delivery

Every engagement begins with clearly defined expectations and a written agreement that establishes the responsibilities and commitments of both parties.

How we work together

03 · The Result

Prepared data. Useful results.

Once data is structured, validated and documented, the figures in a report can be traced back to their sources.

Illustrative example of what well-engineered foundations can enable. Each project’s deliverables are defined in its agreed scope.

04 · Let’s Talk

Your data has potential.
Let’s engineer it.

Tell us about your data and what you need from it. We’ll review the requirements, feasibility and scope with you before anything is agreed.

01 · How We Work

We understand the principles. We adapt to your tools.

Great solutions begin with understanding, not software preferences. We use structured workflows to plan, build, document, and deliver projects. If your team already has established tools and processes, we adapt our approach whenever practical.

The tools behind our workflow

  • LinearProject management

Keeping project milestones, priorities, and tasks organized and visible.

    • Tasks
    • Priorities
    • Milestones
    • Progress tracking
    • Issue management
  • NotionDocumentation

Documenting requirements, decisions, and technical knowledge throughout the project.

    • Requirements
    • Notes
    • Technical documentation
    • Decision records
    • Knowledge organization
  • GitHubCode & version control

Maintaining a structured codebase, traceable changes, and reliable technical handover.

    • Source code
    • Version history
    • Branch management
    • Code reviews where applicable
    • Technical handover
  • Cal.comMeetings & coordination

Making project discussions, consultations, and review sessions easier to coordinate.

From first conversation to handover

  1. 01DiscussUnderstand the challenge, business context, and objectives.
  2. 02PlanDefine requirements, scope, responsibilities, milestones, and deliverables.
  3. Written proposal & agreementImplementation begins after a written proposal is accepted and an agreement is approved.
  4. 03EngineerBuild, integrate, document, and validate the agreed solution.
  5. 04DeliverComplete acceptance checks, provide agreed deliverables, and hand over the work.

A discussion or consultation does not create a project engagement. Project commitments begin when a written proposal is accepted and a documented agreement is in place.

What the written agreement covers

As applicable to each project, the agreement sets out:

  • Project scope and deliverables
  • Responsibilities of both parties
  • Timeline and milestones
  • Payment terms
  • Confidentiality and data handling
  • Client access and dependencies
  • Change requests and out-of-scope work
  • Acceptance criteria and handover
  • Support and maintenance terms, if included

The agreement records the commitments of both parties. It is not a guarantee of specific technical or business outcomes, and its terms depend on each project.

Flexible collaboration

Your tools. Your workflow.

Already working with Jira, Trello, GitLab, Microsoft Teams, or another platform? We can align with your existing workflow when it suits the project’s requirements, security needs, and available access.

  • Principles first, tools second
  • Compatibility and access reviewed with you
  • Your security and permission rules respected

Built to be understood. Delivered to be maintained.

Project deliverables are defined in the agreed scope and may include source code, technical documentation, deployment instructions, and knowledge transfer materials.

02 · Technologies & Capabilities

The right technology for each project.

We work across programming languages, frameworks, databases, and cloud platforms, selecting the right technologies to build reliable, scalable, and maintainable data solutions.

Principles first, tools second. The technologies below are examples, not a fixed list: we choose what fits your requirements and your existing environment.

Languages & Python ecosystem

Writing clear, tested code to collect, clean and move data.

Example tools

Transformation & modeling

Turning raw data into consistent, documented models that reports can trust.

Capabilities: SQL transformations · Dimensional modeling · ELT models

Example tools

Databases & warehousing

Designing structures that keep data correct, fast to query and easy to maintain.

Capabilities: Schema design · Query optimization

Example tools

Distributed processing

Processing data volumes too large for a single machine.

Capabilities: Large-scale batch processing

Example tools

Orchestration & automation

Running pipelines on schedule, in the right order, with retries and alerts.

Capabilities: Scheduled pipelines · ETL/ELT workflows · Python automation · API-driven workflows

Example tools

Streaming & messaging

Moving events between systems as they happen.

05 · Our engineering approach

Trust is engineered.

Reliable systems come from thoughtful architecture, validation, testing, documentation and appropriate security practices.

  1. Clear requirementsScope, milestones and responsibilities agreed before development starts.
  2. Thoughtful engineeringValidation and testing built into the system, not added at the end.
  3. Documented deliveryHandover notes and documentation, so your team can run what we build.

When a project involves personal data, our engineering approach is informed by applicable Saudi PDPL requirements and applicable SDAIA-related data governance requirements. We agree the safeguards with you: what is collected, who can access it, and how long it is kept. This is a design approach, not a certification or legal opinion.
